Me & Diet

seriusly dah banyak kali try diet, sometimes it works and sometimes it not.
bila dah berjaya loose few pounds terasa benar pencapaian , dan kita raikan dengan dominos pizza, kepsi dan sushi dan takotako  daun saleri!



Namun. i think this time it come to be more serious because my situation is i have friend who cooks and don't want to responsible to the leftover dishes and the material. and i am tired eating the leftover food. yeah, because i know no one actually want to eat that leftover food as they think other might want to eat the food at evening or night.

When i said i am tired it doesn't mean that i don't like to eat the food. but isn't such a big waste throwing left over food into the bin as you want to clean the food table  no. please respect and be grateful of what we have ate today. there is countless people outside there has no food. they even does not have money to buy food. so calculate the average amount for people daily meal. you cook for people you know.and  you should know about this. the partition of the food-side dish and rice. don't trying to look nice in front of other people. some people are not comfortable the way you treat them. don't treat them like a child. watch their face expression . i know that you have a really good and kind heart. but this is not the way. this will make our distance farther away. since no one actually want to talk about it. for me, i don't like it. really.

and i want to jogging in evening in track or anything. i really want to lose weight. really really want to lose weight. i want  a healthier life. i want someone to run or accompany me to run. i guess should buy bicycle.

lets continue eat nutrition food. for a better life!
don't sigh! pray to Allah! put some more effort on this! I know I can do it!
